Giving back to the local community of Southlake, Texas, is a core value for Tim Shiner and the team at PAR Products. We believe deeply in investing in the next generation of business leaders.

One of our proudest community initiatives is supporting our local high school's Carroll Business Academy (CBA), a rigorous program that teaches entrepreneurship to students. To help ensure these future leaders feel encouraged and supported, Tim recently had the privilege of donating 400 high-quality CBA baseball hats—providing one for every single student participating in the program.
